Haryana Affordable Housing Policy (Affordable Housing Projects)

This is the core state policy for affordable group housing, rolled out initially in 2013 and subsequently updated. It’s implemented in partnership with developers (PPP model) and managed via housing lotteries/e-draws so units are allotted transparently.
